PHYSIOTHERAPY
Each Facility has a physiotherapist who develops individual programs for rehabilitation and mobility maintenance for our residents.
They also assist in the occupational health and safety education programs for staff.
 EDUCATION
Each Facility has a full time educator who develops and implements education programs for all levels of staff.
All the educators in the group meet regularly to exchange ideas and are continually improving their programs to accommodate staff development in many areas. Resident care is continually reviewed and evaluated.
The Hardi Aged Care Group own their own bus in NSW which includes the following:
  • Full time driver
  • Full time Enrolled Nurse
  • Electronic wheelchair access
  • Fully air conditioned
  • Rotates use between the seven NSW Facilities

Many interesting destinations have been researched e.g. facilities available for residents comfort
